Cancellation:

In event of delegates canceling acknowledged registration less than 30days prior to the event a cancellation charge of 20% of the total registration fee will be payable. If cancellations are received less than 14 days prior to the start of the conference, a full registration fee is forfeited. The conference registration fee may be transferred to another colleague without charge.
